  • Mahabodhi Centre, Leh, Offers drop-in meditation sessions (by donation) at 7.30am and 6.15pm; pranayama breathing exercises at 8.30am; and hatha yoga classes (₹300) at 9.15am (intermediate), 2.30pm (beginners) and 4.30pm (all levels). Three-day residential courses in vipassana meditation (₹4500) run several times a month at its Choglamsar Centre (approximately 1km north of Km464.2), where Introduction to Meditation days are also available some Sundays (₹500, including bus transfer from Leh).
